We are loving the current weather! It has been wet for nearly a whole week now and it is great to see the creek by our house and the local reservoirs fill up but it still hasn't been enough and California is now officially in a state of emergency from a three year drought.
Eoin loves getting on his bike and going to check the creek out and then splash in the puddles. There are two bridges over the creek within walking distance from our house and today we went to both. One of the bridges is also by the train track and Eoin thinks this is the best place ever. He gets to see the creek, trains and squirrels and today I taught him about stickyweed and while he didn't like me putting it on him he thought it was hilarious to stick it to Mommy.
