We made it!

So sorry it has been so long since my last post but as the title suggests we made it into our new home. The move itself was really easy thanks to the guys at Shamrock Movers! I can't even imagine trying to move without those guys - they rocked!

We moved on a Friday and by Sunday evening, one trip to Home Depot and two to IKEA we were settled in. We were very worried about Eoin and the move but he was fine! He loves the space. We have doubled our square footage and got a great backyard. Our house is on a small cul-de-sac and Eoin has already introduced himself to most of the neighbors by riding his bike up and down and shouting 'hi I'm Eoin I'm your new neighbor'. Our street has lots of kids and is super close to a great park and schools. It's a little more suburban that I'm used to but I'm sure I'll cope. A huge plus is that Andy is only 10 minutes from work and can sometimes pop home for lunch.

All that is left is to visit the local preschools and decide on one for Eoin and then I can get back to creating cards and doing some more IAC work!!! Oh and maybe just maybe we'll start the paperwork for adoption number 2 :-)

Going offline for a while

We are moving house in a couple of weeks and so if the blog goes quiet for a while please do come back and check in with us in a few weeks. In the meantime I will post some photos from the the last few weeks that I still haven't posted.

The photo is Eoin packing boxes at 6.30am! He wanted to make sure we didn't forget any of his toys!
