Apologies

 Apologies for the lack of posts recently. Life overtook us but I'm hoping to get the blog up to date soon. I'm doing ok recovering well from thyroid cancer surgery however the cancer has now spread to both my lungs so we are waiting to see what the next step is. I have had one dose of radioactive iodine on board. The next step is either external radiation or more radioactive iodine. Please do keep us all in your prayers.
