This afternoon Eoin and I 'cooked' some angel delight which is a British milk desert. Eoin chose butterscotch flavor (much to Andy's delight as he got to scrape the bowl clean). It's really very easy to make - empty packet into milk and whisk until thick. We then added sprinkles to it and Eoin got to eat it for pudding after he demolished some pasta and pesto. As you can see from the second video we no longer get to feed Eoin. He is massively independent when it comes to this and won't let you near his spoon or fork. We do end up giving him a little extra as so much ends up every where but his mouth but he is trying hard.
